GTM & Ecosystem Activations | Consumer Growth & Adoption | Partnerships & Business Development | Built & Scaled Grassroots Communities
Over the past 4+ years across Southeast Asia, I’ve built grassroots communities from the ground up and used what happens on the ground as signals for consumer adoption. The conversations, behaviors, and drop-offs I see in real time shape how I think about GTM, from messaging that actually lands to the friction points that stop onboarding and the loops that keep people participating.
That perspective has guided the programs I’ve built and run, including workshops, university roadshows, hackathons, and founder and builder pathways, alongside ecosystem activations designed to convert interest into onboarding, retention, and sustained contribution beyond early adopters.
Alongside execution, I’ve worked across consumer growth, business development, and ecosystem partnerships, building partner networks and shaping collaborations that extend reach and drive measurable outcomes. I also speak regularly as a keynote speaker and panelist, representing teams on stage and translating strategy into narratives that builders, partners, and broader audiences can act on.
With an Industrial Engineering foundation, I bring systems thinking and regional cultural context to help teams enter new markets and run initiatives communities trust and leaders can measure.

Since 2022, I’ve built and scaled grassroots Web3 communities and builder programs across emerging markets, working with global L1s, exchanges, and ecosystem teams to drive bottom-up adoption.
My approach is structured and resource-efficient, focused on building repeatable onboarding systems, builder pathways, and community programs that translate global narratives into real local participation. The frameworks are designed to be portable and adaptable across regions.
Below is a curated portfolio of work from the past four years. Open each item to view outcomes, partners, and highlights.
A curated portfolio of Web3 communities and ecosystems I built and scaled ranging from grassroots onboarding campaigns to full-scale conferences and multi-partner activations.
Here are selected case studies and frameworks on building grassroots communities from a single region and scaling upward into repeatable growth. The insights come from years of hands-on execution across the full adoption journey, from first touch and onboarding to retention, contribution, and end-to-end adoption.

This case study explores how a grassroots Web3 community was built in Cebu — one of the Philippines’ major tech hubs outside the capital— and how tailored onboarding methods for emerging markets enabled measurable adoption and ecosystem growth over four years through local, bottom-up activation.
This case study shows how the grassroots model started in Cebu was replicated across the Visayas through a lightweight enablement approach. Instead of centralizing operations, the focus was on helping local organizers launch their own communities using shared playbooks, introductions, and collaboration templates—then connecting these groups through a regional network layer that later became Web3 Visayas.
Collective activations such as Bitcoin Pizza Day became anchor moments that strengthened identity, alignment, and momentum across provinces.
As a co-founder, I led strategy and growth while building these frameworks through repeated, on-the-ground execution across community growth, ecosystem activations, builder programs, and partner-led GTM. They compound regional network effects, coordinate global strategy with local operators, and convert participation into consumer adoption and talent discovery.
Trust & Flywheel Community Framework
Establishes credibility and durable participation through trust loops, consistent grassroots programming, and local leadership development that compounds word-of-mouth and regional momentum.
Onboarding-to-Contribution Builder Pathways
Converts curiosity into participation with guided onboarding, role-based pathways, and contribution ladders that increase retention and turn newcomers into repeat contributors.
High-Signal Activations & Builder Program System
A repeatable model for workshops, roadshows, hackathon tracks, panels, and meetups that generate measurable engagement, accelerate adoption, and surface high-intent builders.
Global-to-Local Partnership GTM Framework
Translates global narratives into local execution by aligning ecosystem teams, partners, universities, and institutions around shared outcomes, incentives, and distribution.
Regional Hub Replication & Network Effects Framework
Scales from one city to a multi-hub region using portable playbooks, organizer enablement, and synchronized activations that create cross-city collaboration and talent flow without centralized control.
