Web3 Cebu is a community-led ecosystem network based in Cebu, Philippines, built to expand Web3 access beyond the country’s capital by creating entry points for regional builders. It works with universities, tech and developer groups, local government partners, and global Web3 ecosystems to run meetups, workshops, roadshows, and partner activations that drive bottom-up adoption in non-capital communities.

- Built and scaled the largest grassroots Web3 community in Central Philippines (Visayas), creating a repeatable model for builder-led ecosystem growth.
- Delivered 40+ ecosystem activations with 3,000+ cumulative in-person attendees across Cebu and nearby cities.
- Enabled 1,000+ onboards through guided grassroots funnels (wallet setup, exchange sign-ups, and community pathways).
- Produced builder-first programming across meetups, hackathon tracks, panels, workshops, and university roadshows.
- Rolled out blockchain education and youth initiatives across major universities, strengthening the student and developer pipeline.
- Recognized by public-sector partners including DICT and DOST as a credible regional collaborator for digital innovation and capacity-building.
- Executed localized GTM campaigns with partners including Solana Superteam, OKX, Bitget, Bybit, Coins.ph, ICP, and Polkadot to drive adoption and partner outcomes.
- Launched Cebu Blockchain Conference 2025, a flagship event connecting global ecosystem leaders with local builders to elevate Cebu’s visibility in Web3.
